### **Job Description: **
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dance, skilled in various dance styles, and capable of inspiring and motivating students. As a Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging dance lessons, preparing students for performances and competitions, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

### **Responsibilities: **
- Teach dance classes of Salsa & Bachata to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the studio’s curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Stay current with dance trends and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Participate in studio events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications: **
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in Salsa & Bachata
- Certification from a recognized dance training program or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for dance and a commitment to student development.
- Flexibility to work evenings.
